Hello PFW Suppliers:
Supplier visits to the market are very important to PFW.
We want to make sure that each market visit is productive so we devised a Supplier Visit Worksheet to help us prepare for your visit. If this is adhered to, everyone benefits.
- Contact Chris Weyland at least 4 weeks prior to visit.
- Give dates you are available to work the market. If you fly in at 4PM, that is not a market day. We also need to know when you have to leave the market.
- Mondays are BAD. For you West Coasters, this is a good travel day
- Preferred markets to work in [no promises].
- Products you wish to promote. Keep in mind our inventory levels and I will take into account the markets you will be in.
- We suggest a special – the rep is in town- deal to persuade buyers to act when you are with them.
- When you schedule your visit, this would be the time, if desired, to set up a meeting with PFW Managers.
- Any special events or alternative reasons to be in the market should be discussed.
